Throwdown Summer Camps Session 3

Throwdown Academy in partnership with Baseball Junkiez is hosting summer camps for you to get a front row seat to what is happening over at the academy. School will be out for summer but we will be training with a similar format to what we do on a daily basis. Baseball Junkiez will cover the baseball and TrainX will provide the speed/power/strength training.

The both age groups will train on a field or in the cages depending on the day. The younger group will be speed/power training on the field everyday and the high school prep group will train on the field 2 days and shuttle back to the gym where they will focus more on strength on the other 2 days.

We recommend you come to all 4 sessions and have discounted them because we believe embodying challenging baseball techniques along with speed, power and strength takes consistent effort.  Nobody can put the work in for us but we sure can show up and lock in for 3 hours.

We will be at Northwood HS for the first 3 camps and Lake Forest Sports Park for the last session.

Cost Breakdown:
1 session: $350
2 sessions: $300
3+ sessions: $250

A main goal at Throwdown is to utilize the time in order to concentrate the effort to get the most return. While the boys will be getting lots of reps in, the intention and focus behind the effort will help the players take their game to a higher level.
