Mechanics – Timing – Competition – Batting Clinic

We are back at it in December with another hitting clinic! This time we are focusing on these three themes of batting- mechanics, timing, and the competitive nature of the at-bat verses a pitcher.

You could have the greatest competitive heart in the world but if there is gigantic hole in your swing, results won’t ever match the heart.

You could have the most perfect and glorious swings of all-time and if you are consistently late as the ball crosses the plate, playing isn’t going to be as fun.

This month we will have 3 workouts to reinforce some fundamental aspects to batting as well as any personal needs in getting your barrel to the ball meanwhile cultivating the competitive nature with self in order to compete verse others.

Friday’s December 1st, 8th, and 15th 4:30-6p at the CVCS batting cages in San Juan Capistrano. (Final session, 12/15 is likely to run 5:30p – 7p.)
